PCB Assembly Capabilities:

1. Order Qty.: Both prototyping and mass production.
2. Files required: Bill of Materials(BOM)，PCB(Gerber Files)，Pick-N-Place File (XYRS)
3. PCB Assembly Type:SMT (surface mount tech), THT (through hole tech), or Mixed.
4. PCB Type:Rigid boards, Flex boards and rigid-flex boards.
5. Other Assemblies:conformal coating, plastic injection, mold build, wire harness, cable assembly, box build assembly, etc.
6. Components package: Passive components from 01005, 0201,0402 to above; Active components from 0.2mm pitch; BGA (Ball Grid Array) above 0.2mm pitch no limits for other components.
7.Tests:Visual QC check, AOI inspection, X-ray test to BGA, Software burning/ IC programming, ICT, Jig Test, Functional test, Aging test, EMI /ROHS/ REACH tests on request.
